Now, The Technology

This technology does seem to help me in my meditation practice, and meditation is not always easy at all. Somehow I feel that I can do what I'm supposed to be doing more easily, and find a peaceful place within myself, still noticing my monkey mind of course! However, the CD that I received seems to be defective. It stops after some minutes, starts crackling, and then stops. I haven't taken the time to notify you of this defective product and to see if a replacement is possible. Sorry about this aspect. But I have gotten a taste of this technology, and I like it very much. Thank you, Nancy Loewen
